Senior Business Development Manager

Amol Bora Real Estate Valuation Services L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Head of Business Development to drive growth for our Dubai real estate valuation practice.

We're the Dubai arm of Amol Bora and Co. — a ~40-year-old valuation practice with 3,000+ real estate valuations delivered in India and relationships with 40+ financial institutions. As we scale our UAE operations, we're looking for a proven sales professional to own and grow our client base.

What you'll do:

• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to signed engagement — for RERA-compliant real estate valuations
• Build and manage relationships with property owners, developers, banks, and corporates
• Develop a strong referral network across real estate agencies, brokers, and financial institutions in Dubai
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events
• Drive revenue growth toward a target of AED 1.5 Mn+ per annum

What we're looking for:

• 
  
• Solid, proven sales/business development experience — ideally in real estate, financial services, or a related B2B field
• Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong existing network in Dubai's real estate/finance ecosystem a plus
• UAE driving license preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning a number
