You have pitched buyers, handled objections and closed on commission. Now do it with a monthly base salary behind you, and sell a product that developers and brokerage owners actually need.

PropertyDynamix is a pricing intelligence platform for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It turns the official DLD register into unit-level pricing, strategy simulation and market-backed recommendations.

THE ROLE

You will meet developers, sales heads and brokerage owners in person, run demos on their own projects, and close annual subscriptions. This is a field role: roughly 4 days a week in meetings and on sites.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own your own territory and target list of developers and brokerages

• Run live demos using the client's own project, so they see their numbers

• Take each deal from first meeting to signed agreement

• Bring client requests back to product

• Report weekly on meetings, pipeline and closes

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Brokers, sales managers and team leaders from UAE brokerages

• Sales professionals from developers' in-house sales teams

• 5+ years in UAE real estate sales

• RERA broker card (BRN) is welcome, not required

• A network of people you can call directly

• A record of hitting targets, with numbers to show it

• A valid UAE driving licence

• No technical background needed; we train you on the product

WHAT YOU EARN

• Base salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month, paid every month

• Commission: uncapped, paid on every signed subscription, with a published rate

• Car allowance, UAE medical cover, annual flights, visa and family sponsorship

• Early team members receive equity
