Senior Business Recruiter

About the Role

Join the recruiting team at a Series A applied AI company and lead full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting leadership and the executive team to build the talent pipelines and hiring practices that support the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and closing.

• Build proactive pipelines from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology talent pools.

• Partner with recruiting leadership and executives to define candidate profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics and conversion rates, then use the results to refine recruiting approaches.

What We're Looking For

• 4-7+ years of recruiting experience, including work in both agency and in-house environments, with a record of closing strong candidates.

• Experience owning full-cycle searches at high-growth startups, ideally at Series A or Series B stage.

• Experience building pipelines for finance professionals, founders, go-to-market leaders, or candidates from consulting, private equity, and other rigorous business environments.

• Comfort using ATS and sourcing tools, and improving recruiting processes with data.

• Strong communication skills, high ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
