In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free. he Senior Construction Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of assigned construction projects from the start of construction through completion, handover and close-out. The role provides senior-level leadership and control over construction execution, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, to the required quality standards and in accordance with the company's policies, designs and applicable legislation. The Senior Construction Manager acts as a key link between the Project Managers, main contractors and sub-contractors ensuring clear accountability and effective decision-making throughout the construction process. The position is expected to identify risks and problems at an early stage, take corrective action and escalate critical matters to senior management when required. The Senior Construction Manager reports directly to the Chief Construction Officer. What you'll actually do Lead construction execution across assigned projects. Resolve complex construction and site issues. Challenge and improve contractor execution strategies. Drive programme, critical path and recovery actions. Ensure compliance with design, specifications and contracts. Maintain construction quality and EX3 requirements. Ensure strong HSE and environmental performance. Monitor and manage contractor performance and resources. Coordinate construction interfaces and project stakeholders. Lead testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Master’s degree is preferred. 15+ years of construction experience, including large-scale or multiple projects. Proven experience in residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed-use developments. Experience working with international consultants and contractors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural, structural and MEP coordination. Strong skills in programme, contractor, quality, HSE, contract and risk management. Ability to review drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and construction management platforms such as Procore; BIM/AutoCAD is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organisation and problem-solving skills, with high integrity and ownership.
