I’m working with an established Commercial General Contractor in Columbus that is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to its growing team.

They have a strong pipeline of work across Central Ohio and are looking for someone who can take ownership of major commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience

• Strong General Contractor background

• Proven experience delivering large commercial projects

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and change orders

• Strong client-facing and leadership skills

• Ground-up and major renovation experience

• Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior staff
