🎯 Your Role

You'll take the technical lead on projects, including:

Designing and building enterprise-scale data platforms
Leading cloud data migrations from on-premise environments
Developing distributed data pipelines using Spark/Python
Designing robust data models and architectures
Leading PoCs and technology evaluations
Working directly with clients to solve complex business challenges
Mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
Exploring how AI and GenAI can improve engineering and business processes

👀 We're Looking For

3+ years' Data Engineering experience
Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
Hands-on Spark and/or Python
Strong data modelling skills
Databricks or Snowflake experience is highly desirable
Technical Lead or Project Management experience is a plus
Experience with data governance or multi-cloud environments is advantageous
Japanese: JLPT N2 / Business Level – Required
English: Business Level – Required
Passion for emerging Data & AI technologies
