The role will also own the end-to-end RGM partnership with Coca-Cola UNITED, aligning portfolio, package, pricing, promotion, innovation, affordability, and investment priorities to deliver revenue, profit, transaction, and System Health objectives. The role serves as the critical connection between the RGM Center, Franchise Leadership, customer teams, and bottlers, ensuring strategies land in market while bringing bottler and franchise realities upstream into enterprise decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach the Franchise RGM Execution team within the One-Table RGM Execution operating model, providing a span break for the Vice President, RGM Execution and building strong talent, succession, and capability pipelines.
- Own the end-to-end RGM partnership with Coca-Cola UNITED and the corresponding Franchise Leadership team, translating enterprise strategies into an integrated annual and multi-year RGM plan across portfolio, package, pricing, promotion, affordability, innovation, investment, and commercialization.
- Lead the RGM Sub-Committee and Franchise RGM governance, establishing priorities, common performance routines, decision processes, escalation paths, and best-practice sharing across the U.S. franchise system.
- Translate enterprise OBPPC, Retail Strategy/TPO, affordability, innovation, and commercial priorities into executable bottler and franchise plans while maintaining clear decision rights: enterprise teams own strategy and guardrails; this role owns franchise translation, alignment, and in-market execution.
- Partner with Franchise, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, customer teams, RGM Center teams, and bottler leaders to identify, quantify, prioritize, and capture Sources of Growth and System Health opportunities.
- Lead annual business planning, multi-year growth planning, Sources of Growth development, performance reviews, and in-year contingency planning for Coca-Cola UNITED and support common planning standards across the Franchise RGM team.
- Monitor rate, mix, transactions, volume, revenue, profit, share, investment, and System Health metrics; identify gaps and opportunities; and drive clear corrective actions and accountability through One-Table and franchise routines.
- Champion consistent adoption of RGM tools, guardrails, analytics, capabilities, and best practices across Franchise RGM, and scale proven pilots and commercialization approaches across bottlers where relevant.
- Represent Coca-Cola UNITED and broader bottler perspectives in enterprise strategy development and commercialization planning, while bringing Center priorities and guardrails into bottler decision-making and execution.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, analytics, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, franchise or bottler operations, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, finance, or related fields, including senior responsibility for complex customer, bottler, or system partnerships.
- Proven people-leadership experience, including coaching senior RGM talent, managing through others, and influencing senior internal, customer, franchise, and bottler stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and strategic-planning capabilities, with demonstrated command of pricing, package architecture, rate/mix, transactions, profitability, investment, and System Health levers.
- Deep experience working with franchise, bottler, or multi-stakeholder system models; familiarity with Coca-Cola system economics and governance strongly preferred.
Competencies

Governance and performance management: Sets effective routines, decision rights, escalation paths, and gap-closure mechanisms across the RGM Sub-Committee and One-Table model.
Executive communication and influence: Communicates complex recommendations clearly and influences senior stakeholders across TCCC, Coca-Cola UNITED, Franchise Leadership, customer teams, and bottlers.
Change leadership: Leads adoption of common RGM tools, capabilities, standards, and ways of working across a diverse franchise system.
