DSP Engineer - Wireless Communications
Hampshire | £80,000-£100,000 + Bonus + Visa Sponsorship
Most DSP jobs in wireless communications involve improving the same product you've been working on for years.
This one is different.
You'll work on the signal processing, algorithms and software that help some of the world's leading technology companies develop and validate next-generation wireless products. Bluetooth is part of the picture, but the work spans a much broader range of wireless communications and test & measurement technologies.
If you enjoy wireless PHY layer development, DSP algorithms, MATLAB modelling and C++ software engineering, you'll be working alongside engineers whose job is to solve the kinds of problems most communications textbooks only briefly mention.
The environment is technical, collaborative and research-driven. The expectation is that you'll understand the theory, write the code and help turn ideas into products.
You'll probably have experience in some combination of:
- Digital Signal Processing
- Wireless Communications
- C/C++
- MATLAB
- PHY Layer Development
- Signal Analysis and Algorithm Design
In return you'll receive:
- £80,000-£100,000 basic salary
- Profit-sharing bonus
- 8% non-contributory pension
- Bupa medical cover
- Visa sponsorship for you and your family
- Relocation support
- Hybrid working following probation
If you're currently developing wireless systems, modems, radios, test platforms or DSP software and want exposure to a broader range of communications technologies, I'd be happy to tell you more.
