Salary Range: $160,000.00 To $205,000.00 Annually
Senior Electrical Project Manager- Relocation to Texas required
Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contracting firm to find an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Texas. We have multiple openings across Texas and are looking for candidates who are open to relocating for the right opportunity.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong electrical construction background and experience managing large-scale, complex projects. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Senior Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall execution of large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders.
- Lead project teams and coordinate closely with field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage projects valued at $20M+.
- Work on complex electrical construction projects including data centers, semiconductor facilities, and large commercial new construction.
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, safety, quality, and schedule.
- Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Senior Electrical Project Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical construction project management.
- Experience managing $20M+ electrical projects.
- Background with data centers, semiconductor facilities, commercial new construction, or other large-scale/high-tech projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high-voltage work.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Texas.
- Must be willing to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrical License. The company will provide assistance with the licensing process.
