Summary:

Our Space & Defense - Power & Data team is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to help design and develop electronic hardware solutions for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications. Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will work closely with engineering leaders, customers, and suppliers to develop innovative products from concept through implementation.

- Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs)

- Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing

- Support technical project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and design reviews

- Ensure traceability between customer requirements and system requirements

- Develop engineering test requirements and unit-, subsystem-, and system-level test plans

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle

- Contribute to the development of new technologies, products, and processes that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

- 5 years of experience developing electronic hardware products and systems

- Demonstrated experience designing electronic hardware products and bringing designs from concept through testing and implementation

- Familiarity with one or more areas including circuit design, PCB development, embedded hardware, system integration, or hardware verification

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional engineering teams
