Senior Embriologist - Private Fertility Clinic

We are seeking a Clinical Embryologist to join a well-established, growing private fertility clinic on the South Coast of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for an embryologist looking to work in a modern fertility service alongside experienced consultants, nurses, and laboratory professionals, helping deliver exceptional patient care and achieve strong clinical outcomes.

The Role

• Perform routine embryology procedures in accordance with clinical and laboratory protocols.
• Handle and process gametes and embryos to the highest quality standards.
• Support IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, and thawing procedures.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality management activities and laboratory audits.
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary fertility team.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and laboratory development.

Requirements

• Degree in Biological Sciences or a related discipline.
• Previous experience working within an IVF/fertility laboratory.
• Strong understanding of assisted reproduction techniques and embryology procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to relocate to South Coast England
