About the Role

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer partnership, and operational excellence. You will own strategic deployments for large enterprise customers, driving automated workflows from discovery through global rollout and delivering outcomes that move the business forward.

What You'll Do

Lead extensive process discovery with customers to translate complex workflows into actionable steps
Build robust automations using an AI-enabled programming approach and ship end-to-end solutions
Architect scalable deployments and collaborate with customers to drive adoption
Scale pilots to full production and document best practices for future deployments

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on software engineering shipping full-stack applications end-to-end, or equivalent experience as a founder who deployed production customer work
Proven ability to write code daily and translate customer needs into technical solutions
Strong communication with customers and demonstrated ownership and initiative
Experience with process mining, automation, and building scalable, reliable solutions
Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco or New York City and authorized to work in the United States
Experience directly engaging with customers to implement and drive adoption
