Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the Role

Join a customer-facing product team at a B2B AI voice automation company. You will own the customer lifecycle for AI voice agents, from deployment and optimization to expansion, while helping shape how this function operates as the team grows.

What You'll Do

• Own customer relationships end to end, learn their business needs, and scope and deploy AI voice agents.

• Optimize agent performance and expand deployments into new customer use cases.

• Present agent value and return on investment to customer decision-makers, using data to demonstrate business impact.

• Investigate agent behavior on individual calls, customize conversation flows, and address compliance requirements.

• Partner with product teams to turn customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities.

• Develop playbooks and operating standards for the growing forward-deployed product function.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of product management experience with direct customer-facing ownership, ideally at a Series A to D startup.

• Experience in client-facing product or solutions roles, or in management or strategy consulting.

• Strong product intuition, technical depth, and the ability to understand product concepts and perform basic debugging.

• Comfort working with data to assess performance, explain ROI, and draw actionable conclusions.

• Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and with SQL.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industries such as lending, financial services, or healthcare is valuable.

• A degree from a highly selective US undergraduate or graduate program.

• Comfort taking end-to-end ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid in San Francisco, California. The role is in the office four days per week, with Wednesdays remote.
