Senior Product Manager, AI Education

About the Role

Lead AI education and enablement across a fast-growing financial technology organization building AI tools for accounting workflows. You will help teams keep pace with changing models and develop effective, responsible ways to work with AI agents.

What You'll Do

• Design company-wide AI learning programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable changes in how people work.

• Test new models and tools, build practical workflows, and turn findings into guidance for technical and nontechnical teams.

• Work directly with teams to identify skill gaps, adapt workflows around AI agents, and support organization-wide adoption.

• Translate advanced AI techniques into secure, reliable, repeatable systems suitable for sensitive data.

• Build skills, agents, and internal tools that support learning in the flow of work and automate tasks where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant product management or related experience, including work at a startup or high-growth company.

• Experience building education, enablement, or developer education products such as courses, onboarding, documentation, or learning tools.

• Experience shipping products using LLMs or agentic workflows, and regular hands-on use of AI tools.

• Strong computer science fundamentals or an equivalent technical degree.

• Experience as a developer advocate, solutions engineer, or technical educator is valuable.

• Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini, LLM APIs, coding agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in New York, New York.
