About the Role

This is a high-impact full-stack engineering role at a fast-growing Voice AI startup, where you will help shape a platform that powers millions of AI-driven conversations. You will work closely with the founding team across the entire stack, bridging backend architecture with polished frontend experiences to define a category-leading product in voice automation.

What You'll Do

Build and ship core features including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
Design and develop scalable full-stack systems, from clean user interfaces to robust APIs and DevOps workflows.
Lead projects end-to-end, owning architecture, coding, deployment, and iteration.
Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that enable customers to onboard and activate quickly.
Support customer onboarding, debug production issues, and translate feedback into product improvements.

What We're Looking For

5 to 10 or more years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time at fast-growing, venture-backed startups.
Strong proficiency in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
Strong proficiency in backend development using Python or Node.js, and experience with AWS.
Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture and implementation.
Experience building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end, ideally as a founder or founding engineer.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Founder-level ownership mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Highly collaborative, with a habit of proactively surfacing ideas and improvements.
Background in Voice AI systems or senior/staff-level engineering experience is a plus.
