Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

This is a high-impact full-stack engineering role at a fast-growing, YC-backed Voice AI startup. You'll help shape a platform that powers millions of AI-driven conversations, working across the entire stack to deliver scalable systems and polished user experiences that define a new category in global communication.

What You'll Do

• Build core product features including prompt orchestration, analytics dashboards, and telephony integrations.

• Develop full-stack systems end-to-end, from polished frontend UIs to robust backend APIs and DevOps workflows.

• Lead projects from initial architecture through production deployment and iterative improvement.

• Design intuitive interfaces and APIs that enable customers to onboard and activate quickly.

• Support customer onboarding, debug production issues, and translate user feedback into product enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to bridge backend architecture and frontend experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 10+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent at VC-backed startups, ideally in a founding or early engineer capacity.

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.

• Strong proficiency in backend languages, specifically Python or Node.js, and hands-on experience with AWS.

• Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture and implementation.

• Proven track record of shipping full-stack features end-to-end in production environments.

• Background in fast-moving, high-growth tech environments, with a strong computer science foundation (degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred).

• Experience with Voice AI systems or prior senior/staff-level engineering roles is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $215,000 to $290,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
