Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a core engineering team building a voice AI platform that helps customers automate conversations. You will work across backend services and customer-facing tools, shaping key product capabilities from initial architecture through production.

What You'll Do

• Develop product features including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.

• Build scalable full-stack systems, including polished interfaces, robust APIs, and deployment workflows.

• Own projects from architecture and implementation through deployment and iteration.

• Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that make it easy for customers to get started.

• Support customer onboarding, investigate technical issues, and turn feedback into product improvements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience, including experience building software in a startup environment.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.

• Experience building backend services on AWS and working with distributed systems.

• Background in voice AI, telephony, or related voice platforms is valuable.

• Ability to take ownership of projects and collaborate closely across engineering and customer-facing work.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
