Senior Graphic Designer

Your Role

As fonio’s Senior Graphic Designer you shape how fonio looks: in ads, on social and in sales materials. You turn ideas into visuals that stand out in the feed and convert, and you set the quality bar for everything we put out visually.

What You'll Do

• Design performance creatives at high speed: static ads, carousels and motion assets for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google

• Create social content, presentations, and sales and event materials

• Work closely with performance marketing, learn from the numbers (CTR, CPA, conversion) and iterate on creatives based on them

• Brief freelancers, give them feedback, and keep quality high

• Use AI tools actively to produce faster and at higher volume

Who We're Looking For

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally at an agency and/or a fast-growing tech company

• A strong portfolio covering both brand and performance work

• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• You work fast and at high volume without compromising on quality

• You understand what stops the scroll and what converts, not just what looks good

• Fluent English

Nice-to-have:

• Motion design skills (After Effects or similar)

• Experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, Firefly or similar)

• Experience with Webflow

• B2B or SaaS experience

We really want to see how creative you are and what you’ve already built, so your portfolio matters a lot to us.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: 70,000-95,000
