That’s where you come in.

As a Senior Manager, Game Production for one of Riot’s Unpublished R&D products, you’ll lead the production effort in our Singapore studio, orchestrating the local development team and ensuring strong alignment with the senior game leadership based in Los Angeles. • Assess and manage risks, proactively addressing production challenges, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
  • Monitor production and collaboration health metrics, fostering transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement across all teams.
  • Support people management efforts in partnership with discipline leads, ensuring clear goals, career growth, and strong team morale.
  • Represent the Singapore team in strategic discussions, status updates, and cross-studio alignment meetings, ensuring both clarity and advocacy for local needs.
  • Model Riot’s values and leadership expectations, fostering psychological safety, inclusion, and a feedback-driven culture across teams.
  • Champion a player-focused mindset and be the voice of the player
