To be successful in this role you will have
- Competence and capability in primary rural medical practice (particularly hospital-based practice and/or primary health) and in the relevant advanced skills if appointed as a Rural Generalist or Provisional Fellow
- Demonstrated skill in trauma management, general and emergency medicine
- The appropriate knowledge, skills and passion for continuous improvement to deliver quality care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and safety
- Motivation to learn, grow, and contribute within a collaborative environment
