Position: Senior / MTS Product Engineer

Compensation: $150K-$350K Base + Equity

Our client is a rapidly growing, venture-backed AI technology company building next-generation software powered by large language models. They are expanding their engineering team and looking for exceptional Product Engineers who thrive in high-ownership environments and enjoy building products from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to own and shape products that directly impact customers. Rather than simply shipping features, you will help define product direction, prioritize initiatives, and build LLM-native software experiences that push beyond traditional application design.
· Own products end-to-end, from concept to execution
· Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams
· Build scalable, customer-facing full-stack applications
· Design and develop AI-powered product experiences
· Influence product strategy through customer and user feedback
· Solve complex technical and product challenges with high autonomy

· 3-10 years of software engineering experience
· Proven experience building products from 0→1
· Strong full-stack development background
· Experience at high-growth startups or top-tier quantitative trading firms
· Strong product mindset and design sensibility
· Track record of ownership and delivering impactful products
· Stable career progression with strong tenure history
· Willingness to work onsite in New York City five days per week
· Bachelor's degree from a top-tier globally recognized university
· Founder or founding engineer experience
· Product management experience
· Experience building AI or LLM-enabled products
· Passion for mentorship and continuous learning
Base salary: $150,000-$350,000
