Are you an ambitious banking professional looking to expand your high-net-worth portfolio in Hong Kong? We are looking for a Priority Relationship Manager to join a leading financial institution, with a special welcome to professionals relocating or residing in HK via IANG or QMAS pathways.


The Role

  • Portfolio Ownership: Build, manage, and scale a portfolio of high-net-worth and mass affluent clients with bespoke wealth management and financial planning strategies.
  • Advisory & Solutions: Deliver expert guidance across a full suite of products, including unit trusts, bonds, structured products, foreign exchange, and comprehensive insurance protection plans.
  • Client Acquisition: Drive business growth through strategic networking, client referrals, and proactive relationship-building initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and share timely market intelligence to help clients navigate their financial objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal product specialists to deliver seamless, comprehensive banking services.
  • Compliance & Excellence: Uphold rigorous regulatory compliance standards while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in retail banking, wealth management, investment advisory, or relationship management.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, portfolio expansion, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong command of wealth management solutions, covering deposits, investment funds, bonds, insurance, structured products, and FX.
  • Qualifications: Mandatory holders of HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5.
  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Visa Status: IANG visa holders and QMAS candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
