Senior Product Engineer

About the Role

Build full-stack products that support the operations of a venture capital and startup accelerator organization, including founder application workflows, events, and internal tools. You will work directly with operational teams and own product decisions from understanding a problem through designing, building, and shipping a solution.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship applications for application workflows, events, and internal operations.

• Develop event tools for registration, coordination, and media management.

• Integrate systems such as calendars, messaging, email, and data pipelines.

• Build semantic search, embeddings, and natural language features across large datasets.

• Automate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and email triage.

• Create internal tools and LLM-powered workflow features that reduce manual work.

• Build dashboards and analytics, and improve processes in collaboration with operational teams.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products, including polished user interfaces and backend systems.

• Experience owning product decisions end to end, from identifying a problem to designing the interface and deploying the solution.

• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or LLM projects or features.

• Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Python, semantic search, embeddings, or comparable technologies.

• Startup or founding-team experience, with the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment.

• Strong computer science fundamentals demonstrated through education or exceptional projects.

• Interest in internal tools, workflow systems, or application and CRM-style software.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $185,000 to $485,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States. Candidates should be prepared to commute or relocate nearby.
