Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Shape the product strategy and roadmap for generative AI tools built for data teams. You will work closely with design, engineering, and customers to launch products that improve how enterprise data teams work.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-value use cases and define product direction through collaboration with customers and data engineering teams.

• Partner with UX designers to create intuitive experiences for AI-powered data tools.

• Work with engineering to build and launch product capabilities that meet customer needs.

• Represent user needs internally and engage with enterprise customers.

• Support sales and customer success through pre-sales and post-sales collaboration.

• Work with marketing on product messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead generation.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally at an early-stage startup.

• Experience taking technical products from 0 to 1, particularly for data engineers.

• Strong understanding of the modern data stack, including ELT, data warehousing, orchestration, dbt, Snowflake, and Spark.

• Experience shipping native generative AI products and familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation.

• A technical background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Comfort working autonomously and using modern AI coding tools in daily workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
