About the Role
Own a product area end to end at an education technology company using AI to help teachers deliver personalized learning. You will partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy, ship useful features, and improve educational outcomes.
What You'll Do
Develop product strategy and roadmaps for an assigned problem domain, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product experiences at a fast pace.
Engage directly with customers and strategic partners, using their needs to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
Navigate technical tradeoffs across AI/ML, data pipelines, frontend experiences, backend systems, and workflow automation.
Use product feedback and outcomes to continuously improve features and learning experiences.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of product management experience, including experience at the Senior Product Manager level.
Experience taking a new product area from discovery through launch, with sustained ownership and a track record of growing responsibility.
Experience building or shipping AI/ML features, such as LLM-powered, copilot, or agentic products, or other complex, multi-surface products.
Strong technical fluency to discuss architecture and engineering tradeoffs; a computer science background or technical degree is beneficial.
Customer-facing experience with large or strategic partners, and close collaboration with design on highly visual products.
A product-focused background, comfort in fast-paced environments, and a genuine interest in mission-driven education work.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $210,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California.
