The role involves collaborating closely with senior engineers on technical tradeoffs, mentoring mid-level product managers, and driving product strategy for conversational and voice AI systems in the financial services sector.

Compensation

$180,000 to $210,000 base salary plus competitive equity

What you will do

• Own outcomes and metrics for your subdomain, including roadmap sequencing and defense.
• Work daily with senior engineers to navigate technical tradeoffs across conversational, voice, and agentic AI systems.
• Conduct customer discovery with bank and credit union clients and internal stakeholders to inform product plans.
• Mentor a mid-level product manager within your area.
• Help shape new product lines as the company expands into contact center automation.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Track record of owning a product or subdomain end-to-end with real autonomy.
• Experience building or shipping conversational AI, contact center software (CCaaS), or complex AI products.
• Hands-on experience working through technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Daily AI-native workflow, such as building prototypes with tools like Claude or Cursor.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to reason from first principles and move work forward without heavy direction.
• Comfort working on-site five days a week in San Francisco.
