We are seeking a Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of large-scale software and systems initiatives that power the MujinController and other core technologies. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional engineering efforts, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and serve as a key liaison between product development and business stakeholders. This is a high-impact position where you will help scale innovation and execution across global markets. Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale software and systems initiatives, aligning cross-functional engineering teams around stakeholder requirements and meeting milestones, scope, and outcomes Organize and lead cross-functional teams through complex software and systems delivery cycles Serve as the primary point of contact for software program updates, effectively communicating progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Establish and oversee program governance and execution framework, ensuring effective risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and optimal resource allocation. Manage a portfolio of technical program and product workstreams, maintaining alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines. Guide the definition and evolution of major product and system portfolios, collaborating with R&D and engineering to ensure delivery feasibility and technical alignment. Engage with all relevant teams and own the process to collect and manage requirements needed for successful delivery. Ensure deliverables align with company OKRs, roadmaps, initiatives, and that performance indicators are reflections of company direction.
