With national investment in infrastructure set to remain strong for years to come, the business is in a period of sustained growth and is expanding its senior delivery team in Dublin. WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTS

As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of large civil and infrastructure projects. Schemes may include roads and transport works, bridges and structures, utilities, drainage and public realm projects, often delivered in live urban environments with significant stakeholder and traffic management interfaces.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams of engineers, site managers, foremen and subcontractors, working closely with clients, designers, local authorities and community stakeholders. The culture is collaborative and safety-led, and senior project leaders are trusted with genuine ownership while being backed by an experienced management team.

The role covers the full project lifecycle, from tender handover and mobilisation through construction, completion and close-out. It offers long-term involvement in a strong pipeline of nationally significant work, and a clear route into Contracts Manager, Project Director and wider senior leadership roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the delivery of large civil and infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion and close-out
• Manage project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure delivery on time, within cost and to the required quality
• Lead and develop project teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen
• Oversee contract administration, change management, risk and reporting under PWC, NEC and other forms of contract
• Ensure the highest standards of health and safety, quality and environmental performance on all sites
• Manage key interfaces including traffic management, utilities, third parties and local authorities
• Build strong relationships with clients, designers and community stakeholders to support repeat work and frameworks
• Report on project performance to senior management and contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction planning

WHAT YOU NEED

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• A strong track record on roads, bridges, utilities, drainage or other public infrastructure schemes
• Strong understanding of programme, cost and contract management under PWC and/or NEC
• Experience in the Irish market or of TII standards is beneficial, but candidates from the UK and other markets are encouraged to apply
• Chartered Engineer status (Engineers Ireland or ICE) is beneficial
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, and a full clean driving licence
