Senior Property Advisor

VIP Brokerage, a Top 10 real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants, Off-Plan Specialists, and Leasing Consultants to join our growing team.

We provide company-generated leads, quality property inventory, CRM, marketing, and administrative support, Exclusive units allowing our consultants to focus on client relationships, negotiations, and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with company-generated leads and convert them into successful transactions
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and viewings
• Handle buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants professionally
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks
• Maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi property market trends, projects, and available inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience preferred
• Proven track record in real estate sales or leasing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred/required for frequent property viewings, events & launches.
