Takween Aldar Real Estate is growing its sales team and looking for experienced, high-performing real estate agents to join us in Dubai.

We are looking for professionals who already know how to sell, manage clients and close transactions — and want the platform, leads and support to take their performance to the next level.

This is not an entry-level role.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience

• Proven track record of closed transactions

• Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred

• Experience in Secondary Market and/or Off-Plan

• Strong negotiation and closing ability

• Excellent client management and follow-up

• Ability to secure listings and build your own network

• Ambitious, disciplined and results-driven

• Excellent English communication skills

• Additional languages are an advantage

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing qualified company-generated leads

• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Securing quality listings

• Conducting property viewings and client meetings

• Developing your own pipeline and network

• Negotiating and closing transactions

• Maintaining consistent follow-up and CRM activity

• Working toward agreed sales targets
