We're also keen to speak with experienced agency recruiters currently based in the UK who are looking to relocate to Miami. If you have at least three years' recruitment experience and a proven billing track record, we'll provide relocation and visa support to help make the move.

The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our SAP division in Miami. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market, clients, and candidate network.

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering exceptional talent across the SAP ecosystem. Backed by an established global brand, experienced leadership team, and clear career progression, you'll have the autonomy and support to build a highly successful desk while maximising your earning potential.

For high-performing consultants, this role offers a clear pathway into Team Lead and Management positions as the business continues to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and win new business within the SAP recruitment market.
• Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships.
• Source and place high-calibre SAP professionals across contract and permanent opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and offers with clients and candidates.
• Provide consultative market insights and recruitment expertise.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build your personal brand and become a trusted partner within your market.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in agency recruitment.
• Proven success in a 360 recruitment role.
• Strong billing history with demonstrable business development success.
• Experience recruiting within SAP, ERP, Technology, IT, Cloud, Data, or Cyber Security is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, resilient, and commercially driven mindset.
• Ability to work from our Miami office five days per week.
• Applications are welcomed from recruiters currently based in the UK who are looking to relocate to Miami.
