This Brisbane-based position will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities : Focus on recruiting for senior accounting roles across multiple industries. Oversee the entire 360° recruitment process, from initial client engagement and role briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship management.
