Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Regional ITSM and Project Coordinatorto join our EMEA IT team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between global IT standards and local business requirements, ensuring governance, quality, and risk management across all Tires locations in the region. You will collaborate closely with local IT teams, central competence centers, and business stakeholders to implement IT Service Management (ITSM), and risk management.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Regional ITSM and Project Coordinatorto join our EMEA IT team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between global IT standards and local business requirements, ensuring governance, quality, and risk management across all Tires locations in the region. You will collaborate closely with local IT teams, central competence centers, and business stakeholders to implement IT Service Management (ITSM), and risk management.
- ITSM Coordination: Lead IT Service Management activities, maintain service catalogs, and ensure compliance with ITSM processes.
- IT Governance & Quality: Implement and monitor IT standards, quality assurance measures, and risk management plans across regional locations.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration between central and local IT teams and business units.
- Project Management Coordination: Support and train Project Managers, and liaisewith the PMO Organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Information Technology or related field; ITIL or similar certification is a must.
- Experience:
- 5–10 years in IT or industry, with at least 3 years in relevant ITroles.
- Strong background in IT Service Managementand Project Management Coordination.
- Experience in multinational environments and willingness to travel internationally.
- Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of ITSM and Project Management.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Understanding of IT regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in the EMEA region.
