Senior SEO Specialist Apply Job Description Our partner is a growing international business operating within the Sportsbook and Casino sector and is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead organic search activity across multiple brands and international markets. In this role, you will own the SEO strategy, improve search visibility, grow qualified organic traffic and support customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work across technical SEO, content optimization, international SEO, backlinks and performance reporting, while collaborating closely with Content, Product, Development, BI, CRM and Marketing teams. Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site Responsibilities: • Own and execute SEO strategy across multiple websites, brands and markets • Increase organic traffic, keyword visibility, conversions and revenue contribution • Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, rendering and performance issues • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, schema and sitemaps • Conduct keyword research and identify commercial search opportunities • Optimize landing pages, articles and website content for search intent and conversion • Manage international and multilingual SEO activity • Support scalable and programmatic SEO initiatives • Develop backlink and authority building strategies • Monitor algorithm updates, traffic fluctuations and SEO risks • Analyse competitors, rankings, backlinks and market opportunities • Track performance and prepare clear SEO reporting and recommendations • Work closely with Content, Development, Product, BI, CRM and Marketing teams Requirements: • 3+ years of hands on SEO experience • Gambling experience within iGaming, Casino, Sportsbook or Betting is mandatory • Strong technical, on page and off page SEO experience • Proven experience growing organic traffic and search visibility • Experience with international or multilingual SEO • Strong keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink knowledge • Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush and Screaming Frog • Good knowledge of HTML, structured data, Core Web Vitals and website performance • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good English communication skills Valued knowledge: • Experience with grey, offshore or restricted gambling markets • Experience with programmatic SEO • Experience managing SEO across multiple brands or large websites • SEO migrations and algorithm recovery • WordPress or enterprise CMS experience • Looker Studio, Power BI, SQL or BigQuery • Experience working with Development, Content, Product and BI teams • Knowledge of alternative search engines and market specific search behaviour What’s in it for you?
