Delivering work within agreed commitments and contributing to team success. Building and enhancing features that align with our target-state architecture and strategic roadmap. Ensuring code deployed to production is secure and free from known vulnerabilities. Actively sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices across the team. Escalating risks, issues, and blockers when needed to help maintain delivery momentum. Embedding quality into everything you do, ensuring appropriate consideration is given to testing, security, reliability, stability, and monitoring as part of the definition of done. What you'll bring: Strong commercial experience with C++ (3+ years). Exposure to SIP, Kamailio, or related VoIP technologies. Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and security best practices in production environments. Experience with Python and Bash scripting (highly regarded). A passion for continuous learning and developing your technical skillset. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (desirable). A curious, tenacious, and creative approach to problem solving. Excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to a high-performing team culture. Ready to join?
