We're looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to help build next-generation AI agents that automate complex engineering workflows across CAD, simulation, and other sophisticated desktop applications.

What You'll Work On

• Build core infrastructure for intelligent AI agents, including orchestration, tool calling, context management, and execution systems.
• Develop reliable systems capable of handling complex, multi-step workflows.
• Design scalable architectures with a focus on performance, concurrency, and fault tolerance.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, reliability, and task completion.
• Optimize execution efficiency, latency, and overall system performance.
• Own important engineering components from design through production deployment.

What We're Looking For

• 3–10 years of professional software engineering experience (5+ years preferred).
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one additional programming language.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems.
• Strong understanding of backend engineering, system architecture, and software design.
• A genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies, and solving complex engineering challenges.

Good to Have

• Experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or agentic systems.
• Background in distributed systems, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Experience with desktop automation or programmatic application control.
• Exposure to CAD, CAE, simulation, or engineering software.
