Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to embed with business teams inside a large enterprise and ship production AI applications into the workflows those teams run daily. You run discovery with the people who own the work, then build, deploy and iterate the solution yourself — six to twelve weeks per team, each engagement ending in a clean handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship production applications using LLMs and agentic AI inside enterprise systems.

• Deliver agents, MCP servers, agent skills, retrieval pipelines and evaluation harnesses.

• Run discovery with non-technical stakeholders; scope and estimate with the architect.

• Instrument usage, quality, failure modes and cost to prove value and catch regressions.

• Support adoption with training and documentation, and clear Security, Governance and Infrastructure controls before go-live.

• Hand over cleanly — docs, monitoring, named owner — and codify repeatable patterns as reusable components.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Python, plus TypeScript, C# or Java, with a record of shipping to production.

• Production LLM work: agent development, context engineering and evaluation, delivered through enterprise controls.

• Depth in a cloud AI platform (Azure AI Foundry / OpenAI, Bedrock or Vertex AI); awareness of low-code agent tooling.

• Agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK) and MCP / OpenAPI tool integration.

• Retrieval and knowledge systems: vector and hybrid search (Azure AI Search, pgvector, Qdrant), LlamaIndex, GraphRAG or Neo4j.

• FastAPI, React, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SQL and evaluation tooling (Promptfoo, Ragas, LangSmith). Named products indicate the category; equivalents count.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years as a software engineer, ideally including consulting, professional services or platform work.

• Runs discovery with a frontline user, then defends the same solution to a security architect.

• High agency in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder organisations; strong on enterprise integration.

• Operationally intensive industry background is an advantage. Fully onsite in Dubai.
