About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Execute and manage daily operational SBC charging activities for the Inhouse Marketing Agency
  • Prepare, review, validate, and submit SBC entries and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of charging data
  • Coordinate with Operations and Business Partners on charging inquiries, requirements, revenue tracking, and monthly submission status
  • Support preparation and validation of monthly financial reports, revenue summaries, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across reporting trackers, templates, and systems
  • Support reporting calendar activities and ensure timely completion of financial and operational deliverables
  • Maintain and continuously improve reporting templates, trackers, documentation, and process workflows
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives (e.g., Excel macros and reporting enhancements)
  • Troubleshoot issues and inconsistencies within reporting files, trackers, and related systems
  • Support governance, compliance, and data validation requirements related to charging and reporting activities
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Planning & Control Manager

What makes you a good fit

  • Education: University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Salary: €1,680 – €1,930 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
