About The Role
As Senior Strategy Associate, you’ll sit within Group Strategy and work directly with the Executive Leadership Team, including attending steering committees. You’ll deliver projects across multiple business units, corporate functions, and digital and AI, sizing opportunities and shaping how value is captured across the five-year transformation.

About The Role
As Senior Strategy Associate, you’ll sit within Group Strategy and work directly with the Executive Leadership Team, including attending steering committees. You’ll deliver projects across multiple business units, corporate functions, and digital and AI, sizing opportunities and shaping how value is captured across the five-year transformation.

- Lead complex analysis and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build models to size strategic initiatives across the transformation program
- Assess and evaluate M&A opportunities
- Structure ambiguous problems and develop the materials that drive ELT and steering committee decisions
- Deliver projects across business units, corporate functions, and digital and AI
- Background at an MBB or tier 1.5 strategy firm, or in investment banking (typically 2 to 4 years)
- Standout analytical and logical problem solving
- Strong financial modelling capability, including opportunity sizing
- Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
