About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and manage the recruiting function, taking ownership of hiring from the initial contact to the signed offer. The primary focus will be on recruiting Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Strategists, and other roles as needed.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop scorecards, coordinate interview processes, and conduct reference checks. Additionally, you will leverage AI sourcing tools to identify potential candidates and manage relationships with external recruiting partners.

  • Handle people operations tasks such as immigration paperwork and benefits setup.

Why This Role Is Compelling

  • You’ll have the opportunity to own the entire recruiting function and influence the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Direct access to the CEO and CTO, with a clear path to Head of Talent or People.
  • Work with an elite team comparable to deployment teams at leading AI companies.
  • Competitive compensation package with equity and relocation support.

The Ideal Candidate
