Job Description: Your Impact: As a Tech Lead at client, you’ll drive the evolution of a fast-growing commerce platform that powers millions of dollars in transactions and supports thousands of dental practices nationwide. You’ll lead end-to-end product initiatives, owning technical strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll architect systems that fuel our marketplace, streamline operations, and unlock intelligent automation—while guiding a team toward high-impact delivery. Drive features and improvements from ideation to delivery, collaborating with Product, Design, and Ops to define scope and success metrics - with ownership across both frontend experience and backend systems Own full-stack experiences that feel fast and intuitive to users, aligning backend architecture and frontend execution to deliver measurable impact Develop and optimize data pipelines that synchronize product, pricing, and order data across systemsIdentify opportunities through metrics—instrumenting key product/technical KPIs, analyzing trends, and turning insights into roadmap inputs Integrate intelligent automation and LLM-based tooling to improve operational efficiency and user experience (e.g. invoice parsing, catalog maintenance, product insights) Contribute to frontend development as needed to ensure cohesive end-to-end delivery Partner with engineering leadership to define architecture standards, shape technical direction, and mentor engineers on best practices You’ll be a key driver of Torch’s next stage of growth—building scalable, intelligent systems that healthcare providers rely on every day, and ensuring we’re solving the right problems with measurable impact.
