We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative enterprise solutions, driving testing excellence, and championing quality assurance practices across a diverse portfolio of projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Development and implementation of testing methodologies, test strategies, plans and case -Defining requirements, objectives, scope, resources, and schedule. Creating and assigning test cases to be executed within the cycle. Monitoring test execution progress and addressing any issues/defects that arise.
- Design, build, maintain and enhance automated testing capabilities and reusable test assets.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and release management processes where applicable.
- Monitor testing progress, report on status, risks, and issues, and maintain ongoing communication with the virtual test teams.
- Coordinate efficient management of tasks, actions, issues, risks and decisions.
- Ensure all corporate information is captured within Council's business systems adhering to Recordkeeping policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated extensive experience in a Senior test analyst role.
- Experience testing enterprise applications, integrations, APIs and SaaS platforms.
- Commercial experience with automated test tools.
- Experience with Management of Test Strategies and Test Plans.
- Detailed understanding of testing methodologies (Software Testing Life Cycles - STLC) and the purpose and requirements for various types of testing e.g. Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing etc.
- Experience with management of defects.
