Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and art directors to bring to life visually stunning new projects
• Create original design assets such as illustrations, icons, and UI components
• Review and mentor junior designers, maintaining a high standard of creative output
• Brainstorm and execute concepts that elevate product through visuals
• Work efficiently with reusable components and Design Systems within Figma
• Partner closely with Front-End developers and the wider design team to bring design into reality

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX & Product Design
• Exceptional aesthetic sense with the ability to craft harmonious color palettes, font pairings, and engaging creative layouts
• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for visual excellence
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
• Passion for gaming
• Understanding of HTML & CSS and adaptive markup basics
• Experience designing interfaces for both complex systems - (e.g. dashboards, platforms) and marketing-focused products
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and Design Thinking methodology
• Hands-on experience with building and managing complex Design Systems
• Proficiency in image retouching and creating graphic assets
