Senior Veterinarian - On-Site

We're looking for an experienced Senior Veterinarian to lead a modern veterinary hospital in the Boston area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who wants to grow into a Director of Operations role as the organization expands. You'll work alongside a team of veterinarians and support staff, delivering exceptional care to primarily dogs and cats while helping to build and mentor a high-performing veterinary team. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat medical conditions in companion animals. Perform surgeries, dental procedures, and preventative care. Collaborate with veterinary colleagues and hospital leadership. Mentor and support the veterinary team. Deliver outstanding patient care and client service. Participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital.
