Responsibilities

Evaluation Execution: Independently perform MCU silicon characterization tests, including Current, Fmax, FBIST, RTG, SAR-ADC, and SVR (Switching Voltage Regulator) evaluations.
System Setup & Automation: Install, configure, and maintain bench-top measuring instruments. Customize and modify RASCAR automated measurement programs using Python to align with specific hardware requirements.
Data Analysis: Conduct measurement verification, analyze test results, and provide comprehensive summary reports for monthly progress reviews.
Knowledge Transfer: Act as a key technical Leader and trainer for future team members, documenting evaluation methods and job duties to scale our Vietnam-based evaluation capacity.
Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with client to ensure alignment with global quality standards and development schedules.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
7+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor post-silicon validation, bring-up, and characterization.
1+ year of technical leadership experience (leading small teams, project ownership, or mentoring juniors).
Proficiency in operating lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DC Power Analyzers, Function Generators, etc.).
Programming skills in Python (required for RASCAR script modification).
Hands-on experience with embedded systems or silicon validation is highly preferred.
Analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex measurement issues.
Strong English communication skills, Japanese communication is a plus.
Ability to work with high attention to detail and maintain measurement accuracy.
