iPlus Solution is hiring experienced Virtual Infrastructure Engineers to join our enterprise client engagement in Japan's healthcare (medical systems) sector. You will design, build, and operate virtualization platforms and infrastructure that support mission-critical medical systems for a long-term Japanese corporate partner, with full permanent-employee benefits.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with server virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, or Nutanix)
Experience designing, building, and operating virtual infrastructure (compute, storage, and network)
Familiarity with storage (SAN/NAS) and enterprise network fundamentals
Experience with high-availability, backup/disaster-recovery, and stable production operations
Experience in the healthcare/medical systems domain is a strong plus (electronic medical records, medical accounting, or hospital infrastructure)
Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) experience (VMware Horizon, Citrix) is a plus

Language

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate virtualization platforms for medical systems
Manage compute, storage, and network resources with a focus on availability and reliability
Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster-recovery to ensure zero-downtime operations
Handle security and access control in line with healthcare information guidelines
Collaborate with teams on requirements and operational procedures
Troubleshoot production incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis and SOP updates
