At least 5 years of software engineering experience for Senior roles, or 7 years for Staff roles, with end-to-end product ownership.
Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with expertise in APIs, distributed systems, data modeling, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with event-driven systems and messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience building and shipping agentic AI or applied AI products, including production integrations, evaluation approaches, and model selection.
A track record delivering at high-growth startups, working through ambiguity, and collaborating across teams at speed.
Strong product judgment and interest in operational workflows, marketplaces, matching systems, or staffing and recruiting technology.
Strong technical fundamentals and experience using coding agents to rapidly prototype solutions.
