If you want to know more about us go to GMV website WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? As part of our team, you will work in an international environment , collaborating on projects and framework contracts for institutional and public sector clients , whilst helping to maintain high standards of service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring compliance with contracts and contractual obligations , tracking administrative deliverables, milestones and deadlines under the contracts, ensure the timely preparation and submission of contractual reports and documentation, support project managers in the delivery and supervision of services from a contractual and administrative perspective, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders in the services. You will also assist with invoicing and financial processes relating to contracts, the onboarding and coordination of consultants assigned to contracts, as well as the development, implementation and maintenance of procedures and best practices within the division. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this role, we are seeking graduates in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Economics, Finance or a related field , with experience in service delivery, contract management, PMO, project coordination or similar roles. We will also value advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools, as well as an advanced level of English. Experience in financial monitoring and project control, and experience working with EU institutions , agencies or framework contracts (particularly in the public sector) will be a nice to have. Experience in supporting projects subject to security procedures , staff clearances or the handling of sensitive information, as well as familiarity with proposal and tender preparation processes, will be considered an advantage.
