Title : ServiceNow Developer Location : Boston highly preferred, Jersey City 2 nd option Duration : 6+months Pay Rate : $70-$75 hr c2c Interview Process : Phone Screen then In Person Open to H1b visa’s Objective : Developer needed to supplement the work of the lead Developer (seated in Jersey City) Notes : 3-5 years experience Currently a lot of work coming out of internal process improvements Has resulted in renewed interest with ServiceNow workflows Focus on catalog items, quest workflows Ex. Submit request to unblock website Should be comfortable handling requirement gathering discussions with different business units This person should have a Business Analyst mindset when it comes to pulling together workflows, what the the appropriate fields, layers of the workflow, tasks that need to be approved etc. Will be working on implementation: building forms and flow for multiple regions, how to move the updates etc. Should be experienced in ongoing maintenance activities: patching, looking through release modes, assisting in migrations Will be assisting with production deployments, wellness checks and testing Required experience: Catalog requests, some ITSM components – incident, problem and change ITL knowledge (does not need certification) Nice to have: Asset Management module experience Manager Notes: We have an increase demand for adding new products/workflows to our Now platform in addition to manage increase in change requests for existing products Skills/Experience requested Create and maintain scripts and workflows, Business Rules, Scheduled jobs, all scripted aspects of the SN platform. Develop UI forms, fields, and notifications Experience SN client and server side JavaScript and SN APIs Support report set-up and data imports
