About the Job Are you interested in solving complex problems for large enterprise ServiceNow customers? We're the go ServiceNow partner for the Technologies workflows and are looking for engineers who are passionate about integrating the latest technologies with the ServiceNow platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with the latest ServiceNow modules as well as AWS, GCP, Azure, Github, AI tools, and more! What you'll do: Develop quality software and web applications Analyze and maintain existing software applications Design highly scalable, testable code Discover and fix programming bugs 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc) Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed Participate in SCRUM calls Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work Who you are: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience Proficient in scripting and integrations on ServiceNow Experience leading ITOM implementations Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies Compensation: Base Pay: $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience Benefits 100% Employee Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (5% 401k Match, IRA) Unlimited Paid Time Off (4-week minimum) (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Hybrid Work Opportunities Fitness & Commuter Subsidies available Equity (without a vesting period) Relocation Assistance SL & LT Disability Visa Sponsorship RapDev is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
